Unisoft has developed new ground nut decorticator for dehuller of ground nut from ground nut to dehuller.

It is highly demanded into agriculture areas.  e export seed dehuller and seed decorticators. Decorticator shells the ground nut in to husk and kernels, husks are thrown away by built in air blower and kernels are screened to separate split kernels from whole kernels.

Decorticator available for any type of nut and seed like Jetropa, Rice, Wheat , Sesame, and all type of food grains Capacity 50 kg to 1500 KGs per hour .

Manual (hand driven) and bigger capacity also available.  Blower system is used for dehusk from ground nut.

We do have different sizes of Grading machine cum cleaning machines for all sort sorts of wheat, maize, Bajri, Seaseam Seed, Green Gram, Black Bram, rice etc.  & it also seperate dust from food grains.  It is very easy to operate and compact designs requires very small place to adjustable.

This is medium flat type Grader machine with capacity of 500 Kg. Per hour.  It requires Electric Motor of 1 H.P. depending on required capacity of output.  
Size of machine is approx. 5 Ft. X 3 Ft. X 3.5 Ft. 
Machine will be delivered with wooden cases as standard packing system.

Easy in operation with the help of beaters and rubber beaters it can easily open grounut for quick production. Mini decorticator is very easy to handling the material and its vertical design gives balancing to process. Feeding Hopper is given as extra facility.
